Comme des Garcons is officially the first brand ever to collaborate on the Air Jordan 11, under its HOMME Plus line, and that detail alone puts this release in a different category. The partnership was revealed during Paris Fashion Week, where CDG previewed two minimalist takes on Michael Jordan’s favorite signature model. One arrives in clean all-white, the other in deep all-black, both staying true to the label’s stripped-back, fashion-forward identity.

Instead of the traditional ballistic nylon, the upper is reworked with premium leather, giving the AJ11 a more refined, runway-ready feel. The iconic patent leather mudguard remains intact but now matches the rest of the upper for a fully tonal look. They even went as far as painting the midsole, removing the usual foam look and tightening up the entire presentation.

Branding is subtle but intentional. You’ll still find the Jumpman, “23” on the heel, and classic Jordan details, but CDG adds its signature with debossed “Comme des Garçons Homme Plus” on the collar and insoles.

Still, the significance runs deeper than materials. The Air Jordan 11 has never entered the public collaboration space until now. Player exclusives existed, but consumers never had access to a true collaborative AJ11. That barrier is finally gone.

With Jordan Brand leaning into the model’s anniversary era, this debut suggests the door is officially open. The Air Jordan 11 now moves beyond basketball and lifestyle into high fashion partnership territory.

CDG Air Jordan 11 Release Date

The Comme des Garcons Homme Plus x Air Jordan 11 Pack is expected to release during the Fall/Winter 2026 season, likely toward the end of the year. Pricing hasn’t been announced, but given CDG’s history, a higher-than-usual retail price is almost guaranteed.
