Late-1990s gaming hardware sets the direction for Carnival’s next adidas project. The Adizero Evo SL “The Grey Console” pulls from the grey systems of that era, including the original PlayStation and Nintendo 64, then works in the familiar red, green, yellow, and blue found on their controllers.

Most of the shoe stays quiet. Grey mesh covers the upper, black Three Stripes cut across the side panels, and tonal Adizero branding runs down the tongue. The brighter colors show up beside the eyelets, where small button-like details carry the gaming reference without making the design feel like a costume.

Special packaging pushes the theme a little further. Carnival is also including a co-branded stopwatch, which makes sense alongside a lightweight runner built around speed.

Carnival x adidas Adizero Evo SL “The Grey Console” will be available starting July 22, 2026 from Carnival stores and online retailers. Priced at 5,800 THB or roughly $172 USD, this silhouette will come in unisex sizing.
