Carhartt WIP has revealed an anniversary capsule in celebration of 50 years of their Active Jacket.
The Carhartt WIP OG Active Jacket 50th Anniversary Edition capsule includes four reversible jackets that pay homage to the brand’s workwear legacy.
Two of the jackets are made with Dearborn Canvas. The Black features a reverse side in a bold red inspired by the first Active Jacket that ever existed. Hamilton Brown offers a new twist with “Camo Trebark” print. Denim edition includes a vintage stone-washed bleached look. The Leather jacket is a sophisticated update that reverses to Dearborn Canvas.
Each Active Jacket features a 50th-anniversary Square Label and a corresponding collectible keychain. Originally inspired by the Hooded Zip Sweatshirt, the Active Jacket quickly became an essential item with it’s durable fabric and warmth. As such, this release is the perfect combination of the brand’s history and modern craftsmanship.
