New Balance and Carhartt WIP are releasing their first capsule collection that includes a reimagined version of the classic 990v1 sneaker silhouette, as well as a series of apparel and accessories.

The collection is built around the idea of the sculpture center, a composite of humble neighborhood gyms found across America. The resulting styles draw from a palette of Dark Blues and Greys, as trophy motifs and collegiate-inspired typography feature throughout.

Look for the Carhartt WIP x New Balance 990v1 along with apparel to release on September 16th at select Carhartt WIP stores, as well as carhartt-wip.com and NewBalance.com. The retail price tag is set at $190 USD.
