Arriving in August, the latest Brain Dead and Crocs collaboration pairs the Trailbreak 2 with the Ripple Clog. The project keeps the weird, outdoorsy feel of their earlier work together, but the two shoes land pretty differently once you get into the details.

The Trailbreak 2 is the more sneaker-like option. It comes in black and white with a closed upper, heavy molded sections and a rippled look that runs from the upper into the sole. There is not much going on with the color blocking, and that helps the shape do most of the talking.

The Ripple Clog is much louder in Astro Blue and black. The molded shell has large openings through the sides, smaller perforations over the toe and a chunky sole that carries the same blue-and-black treatment underneath. A padded heel area and adjustable strap give it more structure than a standard slip-on clog.

Custom snail Jibbitz are used across both pairs. The brown-and-green charms are detachable and act as the main Brain Dead detail, while Crocs branding stays visible on the Ripple Clog at the side, heel and footbed.

The Brain Dead x Crocs collection releases August 25, 2026. The Trailbreak 2 will retail for $120, while the Ripple Clog is priced at $90.
