Billy’s Tokyo presents their latest exclusive Vans collection that includes four color options of the BESS NI, a silhouette that nods to the ’90s style.

The skate shoe is offered in Black, Blue, Deep Red, and an eye-catching two-tone colorway in a mix of Yellow and Pink. Leather Jazz Stripes, diagonal checkerboard print on the medial, classic “V” logo on the tongues, atop a White midsole and Gum waffle outsole completes the design.
