Asphalt is taking something familiar from New York bakeries and putting it on the adidas Samba. The Staten Island shop based its latest collaboration around the cannoli, using the pastry’s colors and small details throughout a limited run of the shoe.

Wheat shades cover much of the Samba and are meant to match the color of a cannoli shell. Dark brown details bring in the chocolate side of the theme, with pink added in smaller spots around the shoe. There’s also a removable cannoli charm hanging from the sneaker, while an illustrated footbed carries the bakery idea inside.

Each pair comes with three Velcro tongues that can be swapped depending on the look. They match different colors used on the shoe, and the Samba can be worn with the tongue removed as well. Asphalt is including three lace options too, so there are quite a few ways to change up the same pair.

Production is being kept to just 600 pairs. Every shoe will be individually numbered from 1 to 600, making the run especially small for a Samba release.

The Asphalt x adidas Samba releases September 25, 2026, at 10 AM ET at Asphalt locations and through the shop’s website. The retail price is $130.
