ASICS Tiger has already started to release their Spring/Summer 2018 Collection, which includes this ASICS Gel Lyte Grey Cream Pack.

This pack consists of the ASICS Gel Lyte and the ASICS Gel Lyte V, both dressed in a combination of Grey and Beige. Adding for a nice contrast ASICS adds White detailing on the Tiger Stripes and branded areas. They’re completed with Gum rubber outsoles.
You can already find the ASICS Gel Lyte Grey Cream Pack available at select overseas retailers. A U.S. release will be going down soon.
