Air Jordan 9 Retro “Barons”

Michael Jordan had a short career trying to play baseball with the Double-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, the Birmingham Barons. Inspired by his retirement from basketball to play baseball, Jordan Brand will release the “Birmingham Barons” Air Jordan 9 slated for April 5th, 2014.

The Air Jordan 9 “Barons” features the classic White Sox color scheme with pinstriping detailing and the “45” on the heels. Check out the photos below and let us know if you’ll be planning on copping these on it’s drop date.
