Sneaker Talk: Air Jordan 9 OG “Dark Charcoal”

The Air Jordan 9 OG “Dark Charcoal” originally released during June of 1994 and retailed for $125 USD.

Dressed in a Black, Dark Charcoal and True Red color scheme. This classic Air Jordan 9 features a Black durabuck-based upper with Dark Charcoal detailing and True Red accents hitting the inner interior, pull tab, back heel, tongue and outsole. One of the main features to the Air Jordan 9 silhouette is the different languages on the sole to represent “the globalization of the Air Jordan brand name.”

Jordan Brand brought back the Air Jordan 9 “Dark Charcoal” in 2010, but it didn’t compare to the OG release from back in 1994. With that being said, should they consider bringing these back as a remastered release in the near future? Let us know what you guys need in the comments section below and stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for all the upcoming Air Jordan Release Dates.
