Jordan Brand is celebrating the Air Jordan 6‘s 35th anniversary by bringing a long-lost sample to life. The Air Jordan 6 “Reverse Infrared”, also known as the “Infrared Salesman Sample” from 1999, will officially hit retail shelves for the first time in Spring 2026.
This rare colorway flips the iconic “Black Infrared” design. The shoe comes dressed in smooth black nubuck with bold Light Crimson accents. The Crimson hue stands out on the midsole, tongue logo, lace lock, and heel Nike Air branding. While collectors have admired this sample for years, fans will now have the chance to own a piece of Jordan Brand history.
The release will be available in full family sizing, giving everyone a chance to grab this long-anticipated sneaker. Expect the same premium materials and iconic Air Jordan 6 design details that continue to make this silhouette a favorite on and off the court.
