Nike Sportswear Digital Brand Manager Victor Nguyen-Long just received a pretty dope going away gift from Nike that included the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement” – which was a release that got away from him.
“Every sneakerhead has a handful of J’s they’ve always wanted, but never managed to get. They’re the ones that got away,” he said on Instagram.
The Nike Sportswear digital team was able to hook him up with the pair that was part of the Countdown Pack and also included a custom wooden box with personalized VNL Wings logo that appears on the top of the box and custom deubrés on the laces. The final touch to this awesome gift includes the names of his Nike Sportswear co-workers that are lasered on the bottom.
His finals word to describe this gift was, “A beautiful memorial to the best damn team in the world.”
