In celebration of his new album, musician Justin Timberlake worked with Nike designer Tinker Hatfield on a limited-edition Air Jordan 3 JTH Collection.
Using the Air Jordan 3 as the base, the first release comes in the classic “White Cement” colorway inspired from Timberlake’s recently released “Man of the Woods” album. Highlighted with reflective Swoosh logos, the shoe is designed to add extra flare to Timberlake’s stage presence under the bright lights on Sunday night.
“I grew up idolizing Mike, and ever since we met, he and I have always had a great relationship,” says Timberlake. “Working together with his team to make shoes that we love was always something we wanted to do. So when we had success with the ‘Legends,’ we knew we would have to find another great moment to do that again. This album and really this specific performance felt like the right – and even bigger and better – moment to collaborate.”
The first Air Jordan 3 JTH debuted on Nike SNKRS immediately following Timberlake’s halftime performance during Super Bowl 52.
According to Nike, there will be more special-edition JTH Air Jordan 3s to be available during select stops of Timberlake’s upcoming North America tour. Stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for more updates on the collection.
