The Air Jordan 2 Doernbecher was designed by Sheridan Brenton that released back in November 2007 as part of the first-ever Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Collection. It was also the first time someone not from the Jordan Brand team designed an Air Jordan.

Both Nike and the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital created the Freestyle Program, where patients from the hospital were given the opportunity to design special editions of iconic Nike and Jordan Brand models.

This Doernbecher Air Jordan 2 dubbed, Peacock due to its design that consists of a Black, Pro Gold, and Lucky Green color scheme. It featured some pretty dope details like its Green swirl-detailed leather on the shaft and toe trim, a special branded tongue label and a two-tone outsole in Yellow and Green.

How many of you consider the Air Jordan 2 DB to be one of the best Air Jordan 2s to release? Take a closer look below and leave your thoughts in the comments section.
