It’s unclear if the Air Jordan 12 Taxi will be releasing soon or not, but unexpectedly official photos of the upcoming retro have leaked. They were rumored to as a Quickstrike at the end of 2017, but the holiday season came and no release was announced.
Originally debuted November of 1996, followed by the fan-favorite Countdown Collection back in 2008. Jordan Brand also debuted a low top version in 2011, while making its latest OG appearance in 2013.
Recalling the iconic color scheme of White, Black, Taxi and Varsity Red. The classic Air Jordan 12 features a White leather upper with Black textured overlays, inner liner, heel and outsole. Speaking of the outsole, it features a Black and Yellow pattern on its carbon fiber reminiscent of NYC taxi cabs. Red accents can be found on the Jumpman branding on its heel and toe, while having Gold upper eyelets for a nice luxurious touch.
