Comparing the 2011 and 2018 Air Jordan 11 “Concord”

One of the most recognizable Air Jordans of all-time is the Air Jordan 11 Concord, which was worn by Michael Jordan during his journey to capturing his fourth championship with the Chicago Bulls.

Considered by many as a masterpiece, Jordan Brand will be brining back the iconic Air Jordan 11 this December in original form for the first time ever. Much like 2016’s Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” release, the Concords will come with MJ’s comeback number “45” placed on the heels.

Last seen back in 2011, the 2018 Retro will look a bit different from that release. Aside from the “45” heels, one of the major differences is its higher-cut patent leather, which is designed to look like the original pair made for Michael Jordan. Other details will include an icier outsole compared to the 2011 Retro.
