The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Top 3” is scheduled to restock on Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25th.

As of right now this restock will be on Nike SNKRS in Japan. They’ll be available at 9AM Japan local time.
No word on a restock in the U.S., but Nike SNKRS did announce that they have a mystery drop scheduled for December 25th. So perhaps it’ll be another chance at the “Top 3” Air Jordan 1s.
