A mostly black build gives the Air Jordan 1 Low “True Blue/Varsity Red” a darker look, but the blue and red panels keep it tied to familiar Jordan colorways. True Blue covers the perforated toe box and Swooshes, while Varsity Red lands across the heel. It brings “Royal” and “Chicago” colors into the same design without following either pair panel for panel.
Nubuck is used across the black overlays, side panels, toe cap, and collar. The laces, lining, and nylon tongues also stay black, leaving the branding to add most of the smaller color hits. Red Jumpman logos are embroidered on the tongues, and white Wings branding is stitched into the heel. Blue insoles with red Jumpman graphics finish the interior.
The upper sits above a Summit White midsole and grey rubber outsole. Both choices are fairly neutral, which makes sense with three stronger colors already working across the top half of the shoe.
The Air Jordan 1 Low “True Blue/Varsity Red” is expected to release during Summer 2026 for $120. The official colorway is Black/True Blue-Varsity Red-Summit White.
