The Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Jordan Brand Classic” is a player exclusive iteration of the silhouette paying homage to the annual basketball tournament, now in its 21st year, held in the same city where Michael Jordan cemented his legacy, Chicago, IL.
Honoring MJ’s legacy, the Jordan Brand Classic is a celebration of the next generation of basketball stars and regularly features the best and brightest high school talent in the country. The event has been canceled each of the last two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but made its return in full-force on Friday, April 15 at Chicago’s Hope Academy.
This special offering of the Air Jordan 1 Low features premium leather/nubuck toe box and Swooshes highlighted with an iridescent, speckled upper that gives off an eye-catching glitter effect. White “Nike Air” tongue tags, “Jordan Brand Classic” stamped on the insoles, Wings in the rear, and midsole atop a Black rubber outsole completes the design.
As of now, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Jordan Brand Classic” PE isn’t expected to release to the public. Stay tuned for more updates.
