Back from the minimalist graveyard, the Air Jordan 1 Low NS is making a quiet comeback—literally. There’s still No Swoosh.

Originally released in 2016, the No Swoosh version of the classic low-top AJ1 is back in its sleek Black/Sail colorway. This version ditches bold branding in favor of clean, premium tumbled leather and subtle flex. Think less “look at me” and more “you’ll notice me when I walk away.”

But don’t panic—branding isn’t completely extinct. You still get a Nike Air tongue tag and the classic Wings logo on the heel. So yes, your sneakerhead card is still valid.

Rumor has it this is just one of five colorways returning. Upcoming pairs may include “Olive,” “Arctic Orange,” “Pink,” and “Ice Blue”—some of which might show off with faux snakeskin. Because apparently, we can’t have nice things without a little extra drama.

The Air Jordan 1 Low NS “Black/Sail” hits shelves in July 2025 at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com. The price? A cool $150 USD—not bad for luxury with a side of nostalgia.
