Michael Jordan’s favorite Air Jordan silhouette, the Air Jordan 1, has seen several popular makeovers of the years, including both the “Bred Toe” and “Taxi” releases.
Released in 2018, the Air Jordan 1 “Bred Toe” combined elements from both the OG “Black Toe” and “Bred” colorways, making them an instant classic.
Making its recent debut during September 2022, the Air Jordan 1 “Taxi” (Yellow Toe) nods to the OG “Black Toe” release detailed with Taxi (Yellow) contrasting accents that makes its way onto the toe box. It also resembles a rare unreleased sample AJ1 given to Shinedown, a Jacksonville, Florida based rock band, in celebration of their “Attention Attention” album release in 2018.
