Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance are taking their partnership into a more performance-focused space with a running collection built around two current FuelCell models. The lineup pairs the FuelCell Rebel v5, made more for daily training, with the FuelCell SC Elite v5, New Balance’s faster race-day option.
The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance FuelCell Rebel v5 comes dressed in blue mesh with a black fade that settles in around the midsole. ALD’s floral mark is worked into the side “N” branding, while neon green on the tongue adds the loudest hit on the shoe. It still looks like a serious running model, just filtered through Aimé Leon Dore’s style language.
New Balance’s FuelCell SC Elite v5 receives the darker treatment. The upper transitions to a deep green mesh with black gradient accents extending across the toe box, heel, and stacked midsole. Orange Aimé Leon Dore branding appears on the tongue and lateral heel for this carbon plated runner for even greater contrast than the Rebel.
The footwear is joined by a wider mix of running gear and accessories. Performance apparel, technical outerwear, lightweight layers, shorts, vests, headwear, bags, and other pieces round out the collection, with the same blue, green, black, orange, and neon accents carrying through the full range.
The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance Running Collection releases July 9, 2026 through Aimé Leon Dore in-store and online. Both pairs will be available in unisex sizing, with the FuelCell Rebel v5 priced at $150 and the FuelCell SC Elite v5 priced at $270.
