adidas Originals will be expanding their Torsion series with an all-new silhouette called, the adidas Torsion X that comes built with ’80s and early ’90s design elements.

As with previous Torsion silhouettes, the Torsion X model makes use of an innovative outsole divided into 5 distinct segments, complementing the natural movement of the foot and allowing greater freedom of movement. The shoe features a lightweight textile upper with structural overlays and tonal Three Stripe mark, featuring a comfortable Boost midsole and a durable rubber outsole.

Contrast elements in Hi-Res Yellow, Shock Pink, Active Blue, Easy Mint and Scarlet accentuate the shoe’s distinctive podular tooling and add pops of color, while branding details on the tongue and heel complete the offer, finished with a custom sockliner.

Look for the adidas Torsion X to release on September 14th at select retailers and adidas.com. The retail price tag is set at $180 USD.
