The Superstar gets a more dressed-up look for late 2026, pairing a black canvas upper with colorful jewel-like stones scattered across the sides. adidas keeps everything around them fairly simple, letting the stones bring most of the color and detail.

Black canvas runs across the upper with white leather Three Stripes on both sides. The heel tab gets the same white finish with black adidas Trefoil branding. Everything below that stays dark, including the laces, shell toe, lining, midsole, and rubber outsole.

The bigger change is along the side panels. Red, blue, green, pink, and gold jewel-like stones are set into silver-toned frames, some with more detailed trim around the edges. They sit above and below the stripes, fill some of the gaps between them, and continue toward the heel. Sizes and shapes vary throughout the shoe rather than following one repeated layout.

Gold adidas branding appears on the tongue and insoles. The Superstar’s usual herringbone tread remains underneath, finished entirely in black.

There’s still plenty of the original Superstar visible here. adidas leaves the shell toe, serrated Three Stripes, and low-cut canvas build alone instead of reworking the model around the jewel theme. Against all that black, the stones and their silver settings end up being the main feature from just about every angle.

The adidas Superstar “Jewel” is expected to release during the Fall/Winter 2026 season in men’s sizing. Pricing hasn’t been confirmed, but it’s expected to be slightly higher than the model’s usual $100 price. A specific release date has yet to be announced.
