The terrace staple that once defined football culture is stepping into a different kind of spotlight. This season, adidas shifts the Samba away from its utilitarian roots and into a lane driven by expression, surface detail, and visual impact.

That shift brings the adidas Samba “Rainbow Stones”, a version that trades leather and suede for an all-over crystal construction. Thousands of tiny stones blanket the upper, instantly changing how the silhouette reads. The Three Stripes, T-toe, and heel tab remain clearly structured, defined with tightly packed silver stones that keep the classic Samba layout intact.

Visually, what stands out is the contrast. Those silver elements sit against a multicolored field of stones that ripple across the base of the upper. The rainbow effect isn’t loud at first glance, but it comes alive as light hits different angles, giving the shoe constant movement.

Built with balance in mind, the rest of the design pulls back. Black handles the tongue, laces, lining, and insole, allowing the upper to carry the story. Underfoot, the traditional Samba rubber outsole stays unchanged, grounding the design in its terrace heritage.
