To celebrate Pride Month, adidas and British DJ Fat Tony called upon global creators from the LGBTQ+ community and allies including Elton John, Pharrell, Marc Jacobs, Edward Enninful, David Beckham, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, each participant re-imagines the iconic adidas Samba
Each adidas Samba has been re-imagined in a series of designs by changing the way its upper is constructed, to receiving new soles and lacing system. Staying true to its original design, the Three Stripes branding remains throughout.
I am proud to be curating this important project, supported by adidas Originals. #prouder is not only a campaign to raise awareness and vital funds for the The Albert Kennedy Trust, but a step towards breaking down barriers and building the bridge between members of all communities.
