Since the relaunch of the adidas Originals Stan Smith last year, the popularity of its numerous iterations has further cemented itself as an icon of both fashion and sneaker cultures.

This time around, adidas takes the classic shape that we all know so well and combines it with an adidas Primeknit, a breathable upper that uses an open and closed knitting technique to create a lightweight shoe. This neat execution complements the Stan Smith aesthetic perfectly.

A clean fresh white dominates the upper with black detailing used on the usual spots – the heel tab, and stamped on the tongue where it bears legendary tennis player Stan Smith’s endorsement. Also like the original, this version features an off-white rubber outersole.

The adidas Originals Primeknit Stan Smith hits shelves worldwide at No74 Berlin, No42 Paris and select retailers from March 14th.
