The adidas Harden Vol 10 is a momentous release for James Harden. Harden becomes the third adidas basketball player to achieve 10 signature sneakers with this launch, joining Derrick Rose and Damian Lillard. It’s not the type of thing that’s going to make headlines in today’s sneaker game climate, but it is still an impressive feat.
The colorway for this first release dubbed, “Imma Be A Star”, is a blend of Ice Gold Metallic, Core Black, and Lime Burst. The silhouette keeps Harden’s sleek, low-to-ground profile, but adidas swaps last year’s curved overlays for embossed oval paneling that radiates from the forefoot, adding depth without loud branding.
The outsole now includes radial traction pods at the heel and toe for more controlled planting and step-back movement — a clear nod to Harden’s signature pace-and-pause style. Cushioning hasn’t been confirmed, though early pairs suggest adidas may stick with the BOOST + Lightstrike combo seen on the Vol. 9.
