This offering of the adidas Forum Mid feasters a crisp White upper constructed in patent leather with matching tonal branding throughout and signature perforations. A Cream-colored rubber sole completes the design.

Already available in Japan, you can expect this Forum Mid to release in the states soon on adidas.com. The retail price tag is set at $100 USD.
