adidas Originals and CLICKS founder Shake James are honoring Milwaukee’s spirit with the adidas Forum Low 414 Day Pack. This exclusive release celebrates the city’s passion, people, and progress.

The Forum Low CL arrives in two bold colorways. The blue pair draws from Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee flag. The off-white version nods to the city’s original flag. Both include wave-inspired tongue graphics and cheese-themed details—perfect symbols of local pride.

More than a sneaker drop, this collaboration fuels community impact. On April 11, 140 students from Milwaukee College Prep will attend a Sneaker Design Workshop at Shake’s JAY Academy, supported by adidas Cornerstone Community and Wood U.

Then on April 12—officially JAY Academy Day—the kicks launch at CLICKS’ flagship store. Fans can enjoy live sneaker customization, free food, and a live radio broadcast. Streetwear designer Alexander John will also appear for a meet-and-greet session.

Only 800 blue pairs and 200 off-white pairs will be released. The sneakers will be available for $134.14 USD both in-store and online at clickskicks.net starting April 12, 2025.
