After months of speculation, Bad Bunny and adidas have officially revealed the BadBo 1.0, the artist’s first true signature sneaker. Set to drop in Spring 2026, the release features the debut colorway “Resilience,” which reflects the Puerto Rican artist’s creative growth and rebellious spirit.
Premiered earlier this year in Bad Bunny’s BOKeTE music video, the shoe departs from the rapper’s previous Forum, Response CL, and Campus collabs by presenting an entirely new silhouette. The BadBo 1.0 is a mesh of ’90s basketball DNA with a modern twist. Suggested by a sculpted midsole, layered suede overlays, and soft Chalk White, Talc, and Core White palette.
Inside, the insoles are labeled “adidas Para Bad Bunny,” which means it’s an exclusive signature model. The laces are replaced with a cage system in the shape of a wing that secures the laces in place — an aesthetic change that, while small, is a nod to freedom and individuality, which are common motifs in Bad Bunny’s work.
This collaboration looks like it will build on adidas’ momentum with artists, while allowing Benito to stand on his own — a rare feat for musicians with the company. The type of cultural blur that sneakerheads crave.
The adidas BadBo 1.0 “Resilience” will release in February 2026 at select retailers and adidas.com for $160 USD.
