adidas is getting festive with Anthony Edwards’ latest signature shoe — the adidas AE 2 “Christmas”. Dropping just ahead of the NBA’s December 25th showdown between the Timberwolves and Nuggets, this release blends performance design with playful holiday spirit.

The most notable part of the “Christmas” release is, of course, the split red and green treatment. Popularly associated with the holiday, the red out-and-green medial side features against a black base and a mirrored toe cap. adidas doesn’t stop there, as they continue the red and green motif to the transparent outsole, resulting in a sneaker that’s half red and half green.
