Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Swamp Sponge Dunk Pack Releases Fall 2025

UPDATE 8/5/25: New images of the CPFM x Nike Swamp Sponge Dunks have surfaced. Three mismatched colorways are expected to release in Fall 2025, each priced at $155 USD.

Original Story 7/27/25:
Cactus Plant Flea Market (CPFM) is teaming up with Nike once again for another innovative Dunk Low collaboration, this time set to drop in Fall 2025. The trio, already dubbed the “Swamp Sponge” collection, is expected to channel CPFM’s signature bizarre and whimsical style as part of their latest project to subvert the norms and disrupt the traditional sneaker culture.

Introducing three bold colorways in “Sequoia,” “Photo Blue,” and “Psychic Purple,” fans have no doubt that these upcoming Dunks will continue the brand’s legacy of playful and unexpected designs. While Nike and CPFM have yet to reveal official design details, the name “Swamp Sponge” hints at heavy use of textured, layered materials, similar to CPFM’s 2019 “Sponge By You” Blazer collaboration. It can also be assumed that CPFM will deliver plenty of familiar elements, including distorted proportions, oversized silhouettes, velvety construction, and experimental finishes.

One of the unreleased colorways was worn by Travis Scott at a Nike football event that took place in Los Angeles recently. Fellow artist Rayessa was also spotted alongside him, further fueling anticipation within the sneaker community.

In addition to what has been revealed about the collection so far, fans can rely on what they have come to expect from Cactus Plant Flea Market. They are sure to result in a fresh dose of playful silhouettes, electric color schemes, and experimental construction done on the popular Dunk silhouette to excite fans of CPFM, Nike, and sneakerheads alike.

Edison Chen Reveals CLOT x adidas Anthony Edwards 1 Low

UPDATE 8/5/25: Edison Chen has shared another on-foot look at the upcoming CLOT x adidas AE 1 Low collaboration, revealing more design details.

The most notable new part of the sneaker is its bold ombre cage, an effect that mirrors the blazing blue-and-black insole graphic. Inside, the shoe is lined with black trim and contrasts white-tipped laces. The pair of co-branded tongue logos represent the AE and CLOT emblems. An official date has not been set yet for the release, but expect more info come soon.

Original Story 8/1/25:
Edison Chen’s CLOT brand is gearing up for its next chapter with adidas, and this time it’s targeting the hardwood. A new CLOT x adidas Anthony Edwards collaboration appears to be in the works, as teased by Chen himself via a pair of striking custom insoles.

The design features a vivid blue flame graphic running across both insoles. One bears the CLOT logo, the other Anthony Edwards’ AE mark—strong signs that a partnership is in motion. While adidas and CLOT have previously focused on lifestyle silhouettes, this would mark their first foray into adidas Basketball under the new alliance.

The timing makes sense. Edwards’ AE 1 is nearing the end of its cycle, making the AE 2 a logical platform for collaboration. In fact, Chen has been spotted at Timberwolves games and wearing AE 1 pairs since early 2024. Edwards, for his part, has worn unreleased CLOT x adidas footwear, further fanning the flames of speculation.

Although no official photos of the Anthony Edwards model have surfaced, this insole teaser provides the clearest hint yet that something is brewing. The energy around Edwards as a rising NBA star, combined with Chen’s cultural influence, makes this project one to watch.

While a release date has yet to be set for the CLOT x adidas Anthony Edwards collab, and with only an insole rendering having surfaced so far, the drop is likely months away.

Sonic The Hedgehog x PUMA Collection Releases October 2025

Speed, brains, and brooding cool meet kicks courtesy of PUMA’s upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog x PUMA Collection. Arriving October 30, the three-shoe capsule features nods to Sonic, Tails, and Shadow with bright graphics and classic silhouettes.

The PUMA Inhale “Sonic” takes PUMA’s early aughts sneaker and updates it with mesh in Sonic’s electric blue. Swatches of red and silver color block the shoe and a bit of yellow ties the look together. A graphic of Sonic inside the insole is the cherry on top.

The PUMA Inverse Chrome “Tails” glimmers gold with panels of chrome, white and orange accents, and a custom fox tail PUMA logo. The sneaker fully embodies Tails’ youthful exuberance and nerd-chic aesthetic.

The PUMA Inverse Chrome “Shadow” is the darker horse in the lineup. Details of red chrome cut across the shoe’s black upper and design elements borrow from Shadow’s hover shoes and red eyes.

Nike Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal” Releases August 19th via SNKRS Exclusive

UPDATE 8/5/25: Nike has confirmed the Air Max 1000 “Oat” (Oatmeal) will release to all SNKRS members in North America on August 19th at 10AM PST / 1 PM EST.

This limited-edition colorway will drop via a 10-minute Draw in the SNKRS app, with only a small number of pairs available.

Original Story 6/12/25:

Nike has just announced that it will release its Nike Air Max 1000 model in “Oatmeal” colorway, perfect for the Summer 2025 season.

Made from digitally produced upper and lattice midsole, the Air Max 1000 was created through cutting-edge 3D-printing technology from Zellerfeld. It is a seamless sneaker with digitally-molded construction. The 1000’s upper is attached to the midsole with no stitched panels in the construction, giving the sneaker a sleeker and more futuristic look and feel.

The sneakers come in a tonal Oatmeal colorway, which results in a clean and versatile aesthetic. Bright red visible Air unit in the heel juxtaposes a bit of color with the rest of the shoe, while providing responsive cushioning. The shoe also prioritizes sustainable production, as its unique construction results in less waste than traditional sneakers.

Other small details include discrete Swoosh branding, heel tabs, and “Made in Germany” markings, alluding to the shoe’s premium quality and futuristic design. Flexible outsole with dedicated traction provide a stable and comfortable ride.

An on-trend footwear model engineered for fans of forward-thinking design and premium performance, the Nike Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal” further pushes Nike’s boundaries with 3D-printed sneakers and sustainable materials.

The Nike Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal” will release at select Nike Sportswear retailers and online at Nike.com in August 2025, retailing for $210 USD.

Nike Air Max 1000 “Black” Zellerfeld Exclusive, Limited To 300 Pairs

UPDATE 8/5/25: The Nike Air Max 1000 “Black” colorway releases August 19, 2025, exclusively on the Zellerfeld website at 3:30 PM EST. Limited to just 300 pairs.

Original Story 7/30/25:
Nike continues to build its lineup of 3D-printed shoes with the Air Max 1000 “Black” — the newest colorway, which will drop exclusively at Zellerfeld.com.

Originally shown at ComplexCon 2023 earlier this year, the Nike Air Max 1000 gained attention for its sci-fi-like construction and exclusivity. Since then, the brand has experimented with regional drops like the “Blue” Paris pair and “Oatmeal” iteration that’s soon to drop on SNKRS.

This fresh “Black” variant sees a strictly black color scheme, with contrasting neon green Air Max 1000 heel unit and stark Future Bowerman branding. The silhouette itself is a nod to Tinker Hatfield’s original Air Max 1 design with that retro inspiration being woven into the futuristic 3D-printed design.

Made from Zellerfeld’s proprietary filament technology, the footwear offers a distinctive feel. Testers found the fit to be a tad snug, particularly in the toe box. The midsole offers plush cushioning in the forefoot with a firmer support around the heel.

For those who are tracking Nike’s most innovative release yet, stay tuned.

The Nike Air Max 1000 “Black” will release on August 19, 2025 exclusively through Zellerfeld. The retail price tag is set at $180 USD.

De’Aaron Fox’s Curry Fox 2 Surfaces in Detailed Photos

UPDATE 8/5/25: After debuting courtside in July, the Curry Fox 2 has now surfaced in detailed images, revealing its design and materials. The upper construction consists of mesh underlays, overlapped quarter panels with a rippled texture and a foam knit midfoot strap. The shoe has a diamond patterned outsole and uses UA Flow cushioning for a light on-foot feel with court support. Stay tuned for official release info.

Original Story 7/11/25:
The Curry Fox 2 continues the momentum from De’Aaron Fox’s debut sneaker with Curry Brand. As the first non-Stephen Curry signature model, the Fox line marks a bold direction for the brand.

This second version keeps the familiar low-top shape but introduces fresh updates. A more sculpted heel counter, enhanced wave midsole, and a reimagined strap system offer improved performance and style. The new strap design steps away from the fox-tail inspiration of the first shoe.

Branding elements are placed with intent. The Curry Brand logo appears on the TPU heel, while “Curry” is stitched onto the tongue. De’Aaron Fox’s personal logo is centered on the midfoot strap, adding a personal touch to the performance silhouette.

Fox was spotted wearing the all-teal colorway courtside during a Spurs preseason game. The colorway stood out thanks to its tonal finish and dynamic midsole lines.

Curry Fox 2 Release Details

The Curry Fox 2 is expected to release in Fall or Holiday 2025. While no official date is confirmed, more updates should arrive soon.

Stay locked in—this release proves that Fox’s signature line is just getting started.

Willy Chavarria Reveals The adidas Oaxaca Slip-On

Willy Chavarria has just unveiled the adidas Oaxaca Slip-On, in a cultural nod to its Latin American roots. Introduced at Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, the silhouette is a streetwear take on the traditional Mexican huarache shoe, which has been a staple in Chicanos’ wardrobes. The new Oaxaca slip-on is it’s modern Chavarria iteration.

Made with a woven leather upper and a thick, trail-ready rubber outsole, the sneaker is an elevated take on the traditional sandal. It is a striking design, as it manages to combine heritage and artisanal construction with streetwear silhouettes. We love it.

The sneaker is a part of adidas Originals’ initiatives in Puerto Rico, where the German brand is helping tell the cultural stories of Puerto Ricans through the voices of those that help define their future.
