Corteiz has already put out several Nike collaborations, including a run of Air Max 95s and Air Trainer Huaraches. Now Clint419 is taking on the Nike Shox R4, and this one looks quite different from his earlier projects. The new model is called the Corteiz x Nike Shox R419, with a redesigned upper and a bunch of small details that weren’t on the original shoe.
The familiar Shox cushioning is still there, but the upper has been changed quite a bit. Raised horizontal lines cover the toe and sides, while carbon fiber details give parts of the shoe a look similar to what you’d find on a sports car. The tongue has “CRTZ SHOX” lettering underneath a red “C” that uses the same font as the Shox logo. Look through the clear section at the heel and you’ll also see “R419” printed inside. The car references don’t stop there, either. There’s a colorful engine graphic printed on the insoles, and each pair comes with a small bolt washer featuring both brands.
The Corteiz x Nike Shox R419 “Game Royal” releases Holiday 2026 alongside two other colorways: Black and Metallic Silver. Each pair will retail for $190. Check out the official images of the Game Royal pair below.
