Almost everything on the Jordan Son of Mars “Black/Metallic Gold” is black, including the elephant print wrapped around the toe and heel. The gold tongue is the first thing you notice, with smaller gold speckles along the midsole and white branding showing up in a few spots.

Along the sides, perforated panels sit beneath stitched overlays, all finished in black to match the laces and padded collar. The upper has a nubuck-like texture, while the gold tongue has a slight sheen behind its embroidered black Jumpman. There’s more detail over the laces, where mismatched badges carry a Mars Blackmon portrait and a circular graphic. Smaller lace pieces spell out “SON OF” and “MARS” in gold across the pair.

Gold speckles run along the glossy midsole sections and continue up the heel panel and pull tab. A white Jumpman stands out at the back, above the dark elephant-print overlay. Underneath, the sole stays black with another white Jumpman, and the heel keeps its visible Air window.

The Jordan Son of Mars “Black/Metallic Gold” will release during Holiday 2026 through Nike.com and select retailers for $165.
