Anthony Edwards revealed the adidas Anthony Edwards 3 “Dr. Doom” as part of the announcement for his second annual Believe That Awards. The Marvel-inspired sneaker is among the nominees for “Sneaker of the Year,” joining the AE Mule, AE Superstar, Believe That 1, and AE 2 Hellstar.
The adidas AE 3 “Dr. Doom” comes dressed in green, matching the character’s signature armor. Silver accents cover parts of the toe and heel, while a portrait of Dr. Doom replaces the usual AE logo on the tongue. A gold detail on the heel tab completes the look. So far, only one image of the shoe has been revealed.
The Marvel-inspired design arrives as adidas prepares more superhero-themed sneakers ahead of Avengers: Doomsday, which is scheduled to hit theaters on December 18, 2026. The timing suggests the shoe could arrive around the film’s release, although nothing has been confirmed.
A release date for the adidas Anthony Edwards 3 “Dr. Doom” has yet to be announced.
