Heading into the 2026 college football season, Texas is getting its own Nike Vaporposite Pro PE dressed in familiar Longhorns colors.
The Texas Longhorns Vaporposite Pro comes dressed almost entirely in white, leaving the school’s burnt orange to handle the contrast. The color lands on the Swoosh, collar, and cleated tooling underneath, while a custom “TEXAS” tongue label gives the pair its team-specific finish.
Introduced in late 2025, the Vaporposite Pro borrows the molded shell made famous by the Air Foamposite Pro and reshapes the idea for football. Nike has leaned further into that connection for the 2026 college season, giving several sponsored programs their own versions of the cleat.
Florida State and LSU have already shown off Vaporposite Pro PEs, but Texas takes a more straightforward route. There aren’t many extra graphics or patterns here. Most of the look comes from the familiar white and burnt orange combination, which works well against the molded upper.
The Nike Vaporposite Pro PE “Texas Longhorns” will be issued to players during the 2026 college football season and is not expected to receive a public release.
