Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals are bringing the VIRGINIA Watermoc to stores on September 5, 2026. First shown during a beach takeover in Marseille earlier this summer, the slip-on will debut in Blue, Yellow, and Black.

Pharrell refers to the model as “Starfish,” which keeps it in the same water-inspired lane as the VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish. There is also some older adidas DNA in the design, with the early-2000s Adventure Water Moc serving as one of the references behind the shape.

Neoprene and mesh cover most of the upper, while a bungee cord replaces a standard lace setup. Reflective webbing appears along the sides, and a thick rubber outsole with deep lugs gives the Watermoc more grip around wet or uneven ground.

The Watermoc joins the Adistar Jellyfish and Flat Earther in Pharrell’s expanding VIRGINIA footwear lineup. Green and Red colorways have already been shown as well, though those are expected to release later.
