Jordan Brand is going back into the Air Jordan Future archive with another low-top favorite from the 2010s.
The Air Jordan Future Low “Gamma” is expected to return in Summer 2027, bringing back one of the cleaner original colorways from the woven lifestyle model. The shoe first released in 2015, not long after the Air Jordan Future made its debut in 2014 as one of Jordan Brand’s more interesting off-court experiments.
What made the model work was its simple mix of a woven upper and Air Jordan 11 tooling. It gave the shoe a casual feel while still keeping a clear connection to one of Jordan Brand’s most recognizable silhouettes. The low-top version helped push that idea even further, making the Future easier to wear during warmer months.
The “Gamma” colorway leaned into that Air Jordan 11 link even more. A mostly Black woven upper is paired with a dark midsole and icy blue outsole, giving the shoe a look that lines up closely with the “Gamma Blue” Air Jordan 11. With that AJ11 recently returning, this Future Low comeback makes plenty of sense.
This release also appears to be part of a larger return for the Air Jordan Future. The “Cool Grey” colorway is also expected back in Summer 2027, giving the once-popular lifestyle model another chance with today’s sneaker crowd.
