Nike will drop the LD-1000 in a “Sail/Multi-Color” colorway to celebrate Japan’s Culture Day in November.

The annual holiday, observed every November 3rd, honors art, education and cultural achievements.

The LD-1000 keeps the momentum going this year. The retro runner dons fuzzy fabrics, pastel panels and playful flourishes. Each pair is embroidered with snowflakes, features spotted heel overlays and a pearl-trimmed gingham Swoosh for a handmade look.

Inside, the insoles are decked out in collage-inspired prints, while the plush star mascot lace charm adds personality. Aqua outsoles and vintage-inspired midsoles top it all off for a dose of nostalgia and artistry.

The Nike LD-1000 “Culture Day” pairs drop sometime November 2025 via Nike.com and select retailers.
