Guillermo Andrade’s 424 label continues to rise as a global fashion force. From its humble beginnings on Fairfax Avenue to a prominent Melrose presence, the brand is now making waves internationally, particularly in Paris. During Paris Fashion Week, 424 showcased an exciting collaboration with Nike, rumored to connect with the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The collection featured bold designs rooted in sportswear and football culture. A standout piece was a collarless leather motorcycle jacket, radiating sleekness. Another highlight was a t-shirt inspired by Ronaldo’s iconic Brazil kit from the 1998 World Cup, reimagined for a modern audience. Additionally, Team USA-inspired pieces included 424’s signature branding, while avant-garde leather Nike Windrunner jackets featured abstract Swoosh designs.

While no official sneakers from the collaboration were revealed, a custom Air Foamposite One drew significant attention. This modified version, based on the 2013 “Whiteout” Foamposite, added a boot-like extension. The unique design blended futuristic elements with Western influences, showcasing 424’s creativity and boundary-pushing approach.

This collaboration seamlessly merges streetwear, sportswear, and high fashion, highlighting Guillermo Andrade’s innovative vision and Nike’s versatility. Although release details are still unknown, the partnership is already creating buzz among fashion fans and sneaker enthusiasts.

UPDATE 1/24/25: This 424 x Nike product isn’t set for release.

Guillermo Andrade clarified:

“What I showcased today isn’t a commercial collaboration with Nike. It’s my personal artistic expression—unique, one-of-one fashion ‘paintings.’ These are art pieces, not products for sale.”
