With related news, a report comes out that a shipment from China was recently seized by the Chilean National Customs Office on November 7th worth a value around $31,786,395.

The fake shoes that included were Nike, Air Jordans, adidas and other Columbian brand Zodia. They were hidden beneath packages of napkins, containing 16,454 counterfeit shoes split up into 474 boxes.

The discrepancies in the declared values, as well as irregularities in the shipment’s weight, set off red flags for customs officials.
