We all know our military personnel and their families sacrifice a great deal for us, our safety, and well being. We all need to thank God and pray for them every day. Who knows what would happen if we didn’t have a strong military protecting us and our country? The next time you see a service member, go up to them, shake their hand and thank them. Believe me, that is the least you can do.
Some of the NBA’s top players, which included Derrick Rose, Joe Johnson, Al Horford, Mike Miller and Tyreke Evans went to Hawaii to take part in the USO’s Hoops for Troops program. The program is a way for the NBA to give back to military service members and their families. The program includes meet and greets, photo sessions with children, and games. Last night was the basketball game and the NBA players put on a show. Tyreke Evans hit a game winner over Mike Miller to give his team the victory. Check out the video below.
