Nike Sportswear will be upgrading the classic Nike Air Max Plus later this year with the debut of the Nike Air Max Tuned Slip.
Nike first debuted the Tuned Air cushioning on the 1999 Nike Air Max Plus, while using physical structures to augment the stability of Nike Max Air cushioning.
Years later, the retro runner would go on to be another Nike Air Max classic. Fast forwarding to current day, we’re about to receive a whole new look of the Air Max Plus.
This release features a clean Black upper with a slip-on bootie for easy access when getting on and off. A Metallic Gold heel counter and its signature Tuned Air cushioning finishes the new look off.
Look for the Nike Air Max Tuned Slip to debut in Europe on February 21st, followed by a stateside release on March 13th. The retail price tag is set at $180 USD.
