Nike Sportswear will be upgrading the classic Nike Air Max Plus later this year with the debut of the Nike Air Max Tuned Slip.
Nike first debuted the Tuned Air cushioning on the 1999 Nike Air Max Plus, while using physical structures to augment the stability of Nike Max Air cushioning.
Years later, the retro runner would go on to be another Nike Air Max classic. Fast forwarding to current day, we’re about to receive a whole new look of the Air Max Plus.
This release features a clean Black upper with a slip-on bootie for easy access when getting on and off. A Metallic Gold heel counter and its signature Tuned Air cushioning finishes the new look off.
While there has yet to be an official U.S. release date, the Nike Air Max Tuned Slip is set to debut in Europe later this month. Let us know what you guys think in the comments section and stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for further release updates as they develop.
