Japanese boutique is once again teaming up with ASICS, this time for an upcoming Squirrel-inspired ASICS GT-II silhouette.
This collaboration feasters a hirsute suede upper as a nod to the Squirrel’s fur. Believe it or not, the animal has its own park in Tokyo.
Dressed in a Dark Hazelnut covering the quarter panels, eyestays an heel counter, along with Light Chestnut on the toe box, heel tab and Tiger Stripe logos. Adding for a nice pop, mita adds their classic Blue and Red tones throughout.
Look for the mita sneakers x ASICS GT-II “Squirrel” to release on Saturday, October 15th through mita’s online website.
UPDATE: Following an exclusive release to Japan, the mita sneakers x ASICS Tiger GT II “Squirrel” will be debuting in Europe this Saturday, December 3rd to shops like Overkill.
