Michael Jordan Won his 4th NBA Title During Emotional Father’s Day

Published on

During the ’96 finals, the Chicago Bulls capped their record-setting, 72-win regular season by defeating the Seattle SuperSonics in six games; that recorded Michael Jordan’s fourth and most rememberable titles (of course while wearing the Air Jordan 11 “Bred”). After the win on Father’s Day, Jordan hit the Bulls’ locker room hitting the floor, as he clutched the basketball crying uncontrollably; filled with emotions while winning the game strictly for his father James. MJ was unable to put in words what he was feeling but after regaining his composure he said, “I can’t even put it into words, what it means to me, on Father’s Day, I know he’s watching.” Sneaker Bar Detroit would like to wish all the Fathers a Happy Father’s Day!
