The Liberty x NikeCourt Collection takes inspiration from the British summers, while not particularly analogous with sunshine, are renowned for grass court tennis and brilliant flowers.
The exclusive print, Dawn Meadow, features wildflowers such as Wood Anemone, Stitchwort, LondonPride and Cornus Sanguinea, which populate both the country’s fervently freewheeling gardens and bucolic fields. The hand-painted floral landscape, inspired by botanical drawings from the Liberty archive, adorns six classic Nike silhouettes.
The NikeCourt Tennis Classic leads the collection, followed by the Air Zoom Vapor 9.5, Air Max 1, Air Rift, Benassi Slide and Cortez.
Look for the Liberty x Nike Court Tennis Classic to release in the US on June 25th followed by the rest of the footwear collection online and in-store at select Nike Sportswear retail stores.
