Kobe Bryant and Kanye West have a history of working together to promote future projects, but playing basketball together as Kobe gets ready for the Lakers season opener is a bit of a shocker.

According to TMZ Sports, Kobe Bryant and Kanye West were both spotted in an Orange County gym Wednesday for a private basketball training session.

The two played a few games, did a few trills and chopped it up all before taking a snap picture and calling it a night.

We all can remember the 2012 Nike commercial they did back in 2012, but now that Kanye is a member of the adidas team another Nike commercial seems to be far fetched from happening.
