Back in 2013, The Air Jordan 3 88 Black Cement was reported to release as a follow up to the Air Jordan 3 88 White Cement colorway. After the reports came, a few days later Jordan Brand confirmed that they would not be releasing, shattering plenty of sneakerheads hearts waiting to get their hands on a pair.
So after a few months passed and we welcomed in a new year, 2014, there were continuing reports of a possible release this year. But then Jordan Brand hit us with more upsetting news regarding the Air Jordan 3, by stating that they will be shelving the legendary silhouette for a while.
However, they did end up producing some samples pairs of the Air Jordan 3 88 Black Cement, which we have one of them here courtesy of @orgeonsole.
It might be awhile before we actually get a chance to own these, but maybe the wait would be worth as we are expect to get remastered versions of the Air Jordan 3 when they do return.
