Coming off the heels of their successful collaboration in soccer, adidas and The Hundreds announce an official partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA) with a new limited edition collection focusing on two iconic teams from globally renowned cities – Los Angeles and Brooklyn.
The limited edition collection features two Adi-Ease ADVs, specially created with enhanced materials, perforated toe boxes, and tongue/heel loops. Rounding out the limited edition capsule is team apparel, which includes two exclusive adidas Skateboarding x The Hundreds “Lakers vs. Nets” Pack.
“This is a dream collaboration for me,” said Ben Hundreds, co-founder of The Hundreds. “I have been a fan of both teams and, especially Magic Johnson, since I was a little kid.”
The Adi-Ease ADV is the Brooklyn Nets edition that features a Black and White color scheme with a mixture of suede and leather.
The Lakers edition sports a Purple and Gold speckled Gum sole with a Charcoal suede upper accented with Laker colors throughout.
Both pairs are finished with team color pull tabs, team branding and The Hundreds x adidas logo.
The adidas Skateboarding x The Hundreds “Lakers vs. Nets” Pack is set to release on October 1st exclusively to The Hundreds with a wider US release set for October 16th.
